2. Personal Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we collect the following personal information you voluntarily provide: full name, email address, WhatsApp / telephone number (optional), the type of asset you are interested in (optional), and your indicative budget (optional). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by POPIA (such as biometric data, health records, or political or religious beliefs) through this website.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use the personal information you provide solely to: respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation or service you have requested; maintain a record of our correspondence with you; and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a Financial Services Provider (FSP 53789) registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC).
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is based on your consent (given at the time you submit the contact form) and, where applicable, on the legitimate interests of Schindlers Digital Assets in responding to business enquiries and complying with legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Processors
Your enquiry data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree, Inc. (https://formspree.io), a form-handling service acting as our data processor. Formspree processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data-protection legislation. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and Website Analytics
This website uses essential session cookies necessary for the site to function. At present we do not deploy any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Should we introduce such technologies in future we will update this policy and seek fresh consent where required by POPIA.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through enquiry forms for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry records are generally retained for a period of five (5) years in line with our regulatory obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. All data transmissions between your browser and our website are encrypted via HTTPS.
